MedTech Connect is provided to all full-access attendees as both a desktop portal and mobile app and includes valuable attendee resources.

Adding a session to your agenda

 

In order to add a new session to your agenda, you will first need to select an agenda from the home screen. After that, you will be able to use the filters in order to search for sessions that you would like to attend. When you have the list of your preferred sessions in front of you, you can add them to your personal agenda with ease. You can even select an option to receive meeting requests even if you are unable to attend a session at that time.

 

Sending a meeting request

 

There are a few basic steps you need to know when sending a meeting request with MedTech Connect. First, you will have to click “profiles/book meetings”. After that, you will need to specify who you would like to meet with and click select meeting. You can find people to meet through the search filter. After you go to the profile of the person you would like to meet click request meeting. After that, add any important details (like destination, topics, time, personal messages and so on) and click invite.
